My Foodie Philosophy
From all that I’ve researched about food and health, I’ve learned the importance of eating non-processed, whole foods. My current eating lifestyle consists of as much organic, whole foods as possible, with a few added supplements and the occasional cheese & crackers or restaurant meal (except minus the crackers during Keto). I eat a lot of eggs, meats, veggies, and occasionally fruits. I attribute my very low sugar intake to completing Whole30. A good chunk of my knowledge about healthy eating came from those 30 days where I pushed myself to avoid grains, sugar, dairy, and legumes. But more about that later
Now about that whole “Foodie” title of this page….since college, photography has been one of my hobbies. I’m certainly no pro, but I do enjoy the process. And I happen to be married to someone who went to school for it, so that has definitely had its benefits. I also like to eat or make yummy looking foods, and share photos when I do. See? I really am a basic girl.
