What Gives Me Energy?
20oz of water followed by 16 oz of warm lemon water, as soon as I wake up. I’ve been doing this for about three months now and I can honestly say it has increased my energy levels. I also have a theory that all the vitamin C from the lemons played a huge role in keeping me healthy during this nasty cold & flu season.
