What is Whole30?
One of my favorite things about cooking for Whole30 was making pretty foods. It didn’t happen often, and I really can’t take credit for the final outcome without giving some major props to my husband, Joey. He’s big on making sure there is a lot of color on our plates. Melissa’s Chicken Hash
Ingredients:
Sweet potato
Chicken
Spinach
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple Cider

Organic Turkey Burgers with Homemade Sweet Potato Fries & Homemade Mayo
Ingredients:
Organic ground turkey (amount varies by burger
size preference and number of servings)
2 diced shallots
Mrs. Dash Seasoning
Chili Powder
Salt
Pepper
Coconut Aminos
1 Lg Sweet Potato
Romaine Lettuce
Whole30 Homemade Mayo

Instructions:
Combine ground turkey, shallots, chili powder, salt and pepper with coconut aminos in a medium mixing bowl.
Form burger(s) and cook via bbq or stove top.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Slice sweet potato into 3inch fries and place on tinfoil on a baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil and your favorite seasonings.
Bake for 20 min, flip the fries, and then bake another 15-20 minutes.

With Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
Organic chicken breast
2 Lg Avocado for guacamole
Diced White Onion
Roma Tomatoes
Salt
Chili powder to taste
Lime juice to taste
Diced garlic
2 pieces uncured Whole30 compliant bacon
Mixed Greens
1 Lg Sweet Potato
Mrs. Dash Seasoning for fries
Salt & Pepper seasoning for chicken
Tessamae’s Ranch Dressing for dipping
